Cancellation of appointments:

If you do need to cancel an appointment, I would be grateful if you would give me as much notification as possible in order that I may reschedule my diary.

Please note:
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the arranged appointment time may incur a fee. Appointments cancelled on the day will be charged the full fee.

 

Missed appointments:

Please remember to keep the appointment.

If I arrive at the agreed time to find no-one home, I will wait for a minimum of 30 minutes. After this time, I will send an invoice for the full fee.

My commitment to you:

I will be as prompt as I can for appointments and if I think I am likely to be delayed by more than half an hour I will try and keep you informed. This will be subject to mobile phone communication. I do, however, reserve the right to cancel any appointment caused through illness or through circumstances which give no prior warning.

Payment is required at the time work is undertaken.

Payment can be made by either cheque, cash or bank transfer.
